When a bird is alive it eats Ants. When the bird is dead, ants eat the bird! So… time and circumstances can change at any time. Don’t devalue or hurt anyone in life. You may be powerful today. But remember, time is more powerful than you! One tree makes a million matchsticks. But when the time comes, only one match stick is needed to burn a million trees. Don’t judge me till you know me. Don’t underestimate me till you challenge me. Don’t talk about me till you talk to me. The world is full of haters: they will hate you, rate you, and even try to break you. But how you stand up to them will make you. Let your hater be your motivator.

The Human Brain

★ Brain just looks like a pile of fat spaghetti, but your brain is actually the most amazing things in the Universe.

★ There are more connections in your brain than there are atoms in the Universe.

Men’s brain are heavier on average than women’s.

★Everyone has their own unique pattern of wrinkles on their cerebral cortex.

★ If you’re a woman your brain weighs 2.5 percent of your body weight, on average,

while if you’re a man it weighs 2 per cent— but men’s brains are heavier on average because men are bigger than women.

★ Brain surgeons can operate on a brain while the person is conscious, as the brain does not feel any pain when it is cut.

★ Your brain has about100,000,00 0,000 (100 billion) neurons.

★ Each neuron is connected to about 25,000 other neurons.

★ Nerves or neurons carry messages around your body using electricity.

★ Nerves or neurons carry messages around your body using electricity.

★ If you stung all your nerves end to end, they would measure 75 kilometers.

★ Nerves can carry signals at a speed of 100 meters a second.

★ When you were in the womb, you grew 250,000 nerves every second.

★ After, you’re born, very few nerves are made. By the time you’re 10, half of them have died off. But don’t worry, you’ve still got plenty left.

★ Your brain knows when you tickle yourself, which is why you don’t bend overlaughing.

★ When you sleep, you’re virtually paralyzed because your brain creates a hormone to prevent you from acting out your dreams.

★ About 12% of people dream in black and white.

★ It’s not true that humans only use 10% of their brains; each part of the brain has a purpose.

When God Says Wait

Even as you make a decision to follow the dream God places in your heart, you can expect a delay. God will not fulfill your dream immediately because this is another step toward building your faith.

In Habakkuk 2, God says, “These things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled.”

When delay comes to your dreams, you’ll most likely start asking the question, “When, Lord? When are you going to answer my prayer?”

And we hate to wait. We don’t like to wait in a doctor’s office, or in traffic jams, or at restaurants, or for Christmas presents, or for anything else. But what we hate worst of all is waiting on God.

We all have to go through these waiting periods. Even Jesus waited for thirty years in the carpenter’s shop before setting out on his public ministry.

Why do we wait? It teaches us to trust in God. We learn that his timing is perfect. One of the facts we have to learn is this: God’s delay never destroys his purpose.

A delay is not a denial. Children must learn the difference between “no” and “not yet,” and so must we. Many times we think God is saying, “No,” but he is saying, “Not yet.”

Guarding Your Mind

Our minds control everything. They influence our thoughts that affect our feelings, and our feelings affect our actions. It all starts in the mind.

You are not responsible for every little stray thought that flits or passes through your mind from conversations you overhear by accident or things that you see by accident.

What you are responsible for are the thoughts you choose to hold on to and go over and over in your mind. This is an area of irresponsibility even for many long-time Christians.

I know a lot of people who are true believers in Christ, but they’re watching trashy TV, listening to trash radio, and reading trashy magazines and novels.

Whatever you put into your mind is inevitably going to come out in your behavior and your beliefs. It weakens you and it weakens your values because you’ve become accustomed to it. When things don’t bother you any more that is a warning light that you’ve already passed the threshold.

One of the ways Satan tries to get sin and deviant behavior acceptable is to get you to laugh at it. Once you’ve laughed, your barriers have lowered. If Satan can get you laughing at something that is wrong or sinful, you’ve already lost the battle. Sin is not funny. It put Jesus on the cross.

Proverbs 23:7 NIV84
7 for he is the kind of man who is always thinking about the cost. “Eat and drink,” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.

Put The Glass Down

A Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”

’50g!’ ….
‘100g!’ ….. ‘125g’
..the students answered.

“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the professor, “but, my question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?”

‘Nothing’ …..the students said.
‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.
‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student.
“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!”… ventured another student & all the students laughed …

“Very good, But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” asked the professor.

‘No’…. Was the answer.

“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?”
The students were puzzled.
“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.
‘Put the glass down!’ said one of the students.
“Exactly!” said the professor.
Life’s problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK. Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache. Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything. It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the end of every day before You go to sleep. That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh & strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!
